It's funny that I ran so good for so long and the last 48 hours have been miserable on PS. I went ahead and opened a Full Tilt account shortly after. I know we see bad beats all the time but this was like the 6th or 7th runner runner or 2-outer this evening and I only put in around 800 hands tonight.

Seat 1: NZ-Passport (2060 in chips)
Seat 2: posture (1205 in chips)
Seat 3: ME (2775 in chips)
Seat 4: Alexstarman (1960 in chips)
Seat 5: MeLatrevis (1750 in chips)
Seat 6: da truth 101 (5250 in chips)
NZ-Passport: posts the ante 10
posture: posts the ante 10
BadBeats247: posts the ante 10
Alexstarman: posts the ante 10
MeLatrevis: posts the ante 10
da truth 101: posts the ante 10
MeLatrevis: posts small blind 50
da truth 101: posts big blind 100
*** HOLE CARDS ***
Dealt to ME [Js Qh]
NZ-Passport: folds
posture: raises 200 to 300
BadBeats247: calls 300
Alexstarman: folds
MeLatrevis: folds
da truth 101: folds
*** FLOP *** [9s Ts Ks]
posture: bets 200
BadBeats247: raises 800 to 1000
posture: calls 695 and is all-in
Uncalled bet (105) returned to BadBeats247
*** TURN *** [9s Ts Ks] [9h]
*** RIVER *** [9s Ts Ks 9h] [Kc]
*** SHOW DOWN ***
posture: shows [Ad Kd] (a full house, Kings full of Nines)
ME: shows [Js Qh] (a straight, Nine to King)
posture collected 2600 from pot

I know Q-J off wasn't the optimum hand but seat 3 was raising all types of pots in this SNG and showing down extremely marginal hands. I was in position on him and felt that even flopping top pair was a situation to get the money in.

Beyond pissed at this hand and a few others. But the hand posted was the straw that broke the camel's back.

EMAIL:

I know you and your staff get tons of complaint emails by whining people and you guys probably sit there and make fun of their emails. In all honesty I would do the same thing. I feel there is something severely wrong with your random number generator that allows players of lesser skill to minimize their losses and continue playing while just "bleeding" money so they continuously come back; while your top tier players have a much larger bankroll that can weather the variance and breakthrough and cash a huge tournament or session.

I work hard for the little money that I make. I can't afford a bankroll to continue to throw thousands of dollars into tournaments and knowing that I just need to hit one of these large tournaments to make it all back plus profit. In live poker settings I'm a little under $7K into the positive and on your site I'm probably $250 going the other way. I know that in online play you see more hands per hour so you are more likely to see long shot hands winning.

I could take a 1000 hand sample from any point in time playing on your site and see that the statistical probability and the results of the hands do not match up. I know you would say that the longer someone plays the "more likely" that numbers are to even out. That is where Poker Stars makes all the money, you lead people to think that "luck turns around". It should not be that way. The statistics should match for 100 hands, not 100,000,000.

You should not allow your random number generator be manipulated by the fact that "oh this guy will always re-load his account so make him lose" or "alright let him win, because if he loses he will go back to Party Poker". Let the number be fair and just. With that being said I have now started an account with your competitor and I seriously wish your company the best of luck in the future. Because luck seems to be the company motto around Poker Stars. You can keep the $4.29 in my account. Because even if I played with it I would lose.

Thanks for the high blood pressure :)

I dont think so......none of mine have mentioned anything about winning anything anywhere else.......lol

1 thing i found kinda funny but it goes to show just how many of these they get daily, They actually have people who will reply to the above complaint and not with a form letter but a real heartfelt explanation of how badbeats happen and how they regret that everyone cant win all the time......they put a lot of effort into convincing these people (ME) to keep playing there.
I know when im playing at the boat and somebody starts talking about playing online the biggest reply i hear is " yea, i tried it ONCE" followed by the same horrid tales ive told so often...lol

Last night i make the final table of a 20 buck omaha tourny at AP.....i play tighter than u can imagine in these things cus there are no antes, the players are horrible at Omaha and u just dont need to gamble as much to get chips like u do in regular holdem. So the SB has stolen my BB all 3 chances he's had, there is only like 6 left and im in 6th so its dbl up or get up time. I get JJxx dbl suited....i say if he raises again im all-in with this hand......sure enough he raises, i shove and the SOB has QQXX dbl suited......It was halfway up my throat i tell ya...almost came out....lol

last post = terrible 4 bet shove with AK.
did you do it bc it was just 1.50 tourney? or do you actually think it was a good play?

not sure why you posted this, to show you can outdraw sometimes too?

Yea..in these $1 tournys the players are soooooooo bad that almost 100% of the time in the early stages im shoving AK against anything. I play these different than regular tournys. Where in a bigger tourny i may not play but 4 or 5 hands before the antes kickin in the smaller ones i play from the 1st hand dealt....there is to much dead money in them to let the other players get huge stacks early while i sit short stacked.

Full Tilt poker is just as funny. I ran up a $50 deposit upto $290 and opened up $30 of the bonus just getting a feel for the Rush Poker. Which I definitely enjoyed initially.

I withdrawal $200 after about 5 hours of .10/.25 and .25/.50 Rush Poker.

I take a nap and come back on and dump $100 back on insane hands. They weren't really "bad beats" just a bunch of coolers like set over set or KK into AA.

I told myself I'm not going to play again until the $200 is in my bank account. I want to tell FT that I'm not a degenerate that will keep plugging money away. So I will let the account sit there for a week.

I think internet poker is a joke. Ive played alot of poker and have so the last 8 years... I stopped all online poker... played at party poker, full tilt and ultimate bet.... seems rigged for the donks.... taken my share of bad beats live but the net is just awful

Nothing out of ordinary in online poker. You see alot of hands, so you feel like the beats happen more often. If you are a solid player you can win online.

I used to feel that way also... too many ways for hackers to cheat online.... i know the old story that you see alot more hands... but online poker is built for the moron players... solid players get buried

If you truely believe the majority of winning players online are not solid players, you are sadly mistaken.

while probably true i dont see how that proves anything as far as it being real or not. when IVEY plays if he doesnt win everyone would say it has to be rigged......but the other 300,000+ players like myself can lose every dime everyday and nobody will even notice...
